Cutting out at 90 degrees
Hi Folks,
My local mechanic is having a problem with a v5 - it starts & runs fine until the coolant temp reaches around 90 degrees when it cuts out - any attempt to use a fault code reader at that point has been unsuccessful and no faults are shown when he restarts it, so it's got him a bit stumped
Any thoughts on what might be the cause?
Many thanks for any suggestions,
Dobbs.

Re: Cutting out at 90 degrees
Turns out it was a problem with the ECU - all was well after the ECU was replaced and the clocks etc. recoded to the new ECU.
