Loose Wire

Hi All,
I was filling up my engine oil in my AGZ V5 today albeit it not very well in the wind as you can see, when I noticed that a loose wire has appeared out of nowehere. Does anyone know where this wire should be grounded? It is the thin black wire that is running down from under the inlet housing.
